Keeping in mind the growing importance of the Chinese shipping Industry in the world and to ensure success of our future vision, CQC Crew Manning Co., has entered into a long term strategy for recruiting about 160 graduates yearly from maritime universities ,colleges as well as vocational schools which are well-known around China.

This strategy, also called the CQC Cadets Program, not only ensures for our company a steady supply of Qualified Officers pool for many years to come but also creates more job opportunities for all parties concerned and thus creating a WIN-WIN situation for everyone.

This Program is 10 years old and going on successfully and today we have many Senior Officers from this program working successfully onboard.
